Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding on 30th December, 1986, in Hereford, England) is a English musician and singer. Ellie Goulding's infectious electronic sound rapidly pushed her into the top of the charts when she caught the attention of people in the year 2010. Her ability to do this with the songs "Starry Eyed" as well as "Guns and Horses". Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding makes a mark as a contemporary musician with her distinctive singing voice that is soprano and the ability of creating songs that are engaging and emotional. She's akin in many ways to Kate Bush, Imogen Heap as well as other artists similar to her. Polydor Records signed her to one of their record labels and she was preparing the release of her debut album.
